Michael G. Walsh
Michael Walsh is an Associate Professor of Business Law at Villanova University. He received his B.A. in 1970 from the University of Pennsylvania and his J.D. from Wake Forest University in 1975, and is a member of the bars of Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and North Carolina, as well as the Third and Fourth Federal Circuit Courts of Appeal. Professor Walsh has lectured extensively for the Pennsylvania Bar Institue on the subject of mechanics liens. He currently authors "The Grammatical Lawyer": column in The Practical Lawyer (published by the American Law Institute - ABA Committee on CLE) and recently published articles in the Columbia Journal of World Business and the Practical Real Estate Lawyer.
